Kevin D'Allaird

Don't let the rock band t-shirts fool you, Kevin is anything but casual when it comes to online marketing.

From learning to code on an Apple IIe in elementary school to developing commercial software for business clients in high school, to leading digital development and online marketing efforts across dozens of businesses, Kevin has the technical chops, search marketing expertise, and business acumen to take it to the next level, or next gear, as the case may be.

With a history of disrupting the digital landscape at privately-backed and publicly-funded companies including Red Ventures, HandySoft Global, and Vitria Technology, he's the man you want next to you in the digital trenches and in the boardroom.

Kevin graduated from Cornell University with a degree in operations research and industrial engineering. Despite the fertile ground, he developed no lacrosse or hockey skills during his time there. He did, however, learn mad-wrenching and building skills from his grandfather, so if you have house or car troubles, he's your man.

Ron Duncan

What does an experienced private equity investor have in common with an investment banker and CPA? They are all positions Ron Duncan has held. For over three decades, Ron has helped a diverse mix of companies shift into the next gear. When Ron isn't helping companies realize their potential, you might find him recording music on one of the many guitars he's built himself.

Before founding Barton Creek Equity Partners, Ron was a partner at the Texas Growth Fund and trusted advisor for RBC Capital Markets. A lifelong Texan and TCU grad, Ron only left the state to receive his MBA at Harvard Business School.

Joe Peterson

Joe has started and successfully grown multiple e-commerce businesses over the past twenty years, earning his reputation for strong leadership and invaluable strategic insight.

Joe's favorite role is that of husband and father, though his family tells him that his jokes aren't nearly as funny as he thinks. He graduated with an electrical engineering and computer science degree from Duke University and is a big Blue Devil basketball fan. Since he's too old to play basketball anymore, he loves it when he occasionally gets “in the zone” on the golf course. Joe also earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Michael Sayre

Back when paper routes were a thing, Michael had the opportunity to experience starting, operating, and growing a business at an early age. He developed his leadership and communications skills as a ski patroller, Outward Bound instructor, and high school teacher. For the last twenty years, Michael has advised, coached, and encouraged other founders and management teams as he has helped them grow businesses of all kinds.

While Texas has been home for a long time, Michael's roots are in the mountains. Michael grew up in the Northeast and attended Middlebury College and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
